Music relates to our daily life. It is a powerful resource that we encounter everyday. You may resonate with background music of a game, a movie or soundtrack, or your imagination might be triggered while listening to a particular piece of music. Through listening and playing music, we explore our inner selves through the simplest form of music - sound.

This workshop is suitable for adults who wish to learn about self care, self exploration, and personal development.  No music training is required, 

Self Care with Music programs will target a variety of personal and social  issues.  Future topics of exploration include:

• loss of a loved one
• loss of a pet
• parenting special needs children
• caregiving burden
• depression
• ageing and alone
